We offer three individually decorated non smoking bedrooms. The rooms are en-suite,
some with the shower separate to the toilet and washhand basin.
all have complimentary toiletries, are decorated to a very high standard, with
controllable central heating, colour television, direct dial telephone,
Laptop internet connection by telephone or free WI - FI broadband, hair dryer,
alarm clock radio, tea, coffee and beverage welcome tray with a bottle
of Harrogate Spa Water to refresh you.
Access at all times.

The price is 55.00. GBP per night. The price includes full English breakfast and VAT at the current rate.

The rooms are single size, which is for one person occupation.
These rooms have everythng but space. Please do not bring large cases.
If you feel that you require more space, choose a double room,
sometimes we can offer a special rate for single occupation.
